Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. announced that effective January 18, 2018, Mr. Carlos Salazar Lomelín has resigned to the Board of Directors of FEMSA. Mr. Salazar submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and Advisor to the Executive Chairman of the Board in order to participate as candidate in the election of president of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial of Mexico, position to which he was appointed on January 18, 2019.
