Forafric Global PLC (NasdaqCM:AFRI) entered into an agreement to acquire 90% interest in Société Industrielle des Minoteries du Sud on May 9, 2023. The closing of the acquisition is subject to, among other things, approval from Morocco’s antitrust authority.
