Forian Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 4.89 million compared to USD 3.6 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 1.12 million compared to USD 5.43 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.03 compared to USD 0.13 a year ago. Basic loss per share was USD 0.03 compared to USD 0.17 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 9.76 million compared to USD 7.14 million a year ago. Net income was USD 5.38 million compared to net loss of USD 17.29 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.1 compared to USD 0.45 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.17 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.54 a year ago.
