Forbion Growth Sponsor Feac I B.V. announced that it has entered into securities agreement for the private placement of 2,875,000 class B share at an issue price of $0.008695 for gross proceeds of $25,000 on August 12, 2021. The shares have a par value of $0.0001 per share. The company also issued up to 4,700,000 warrants or up to 5,195,000 warrants if the over-allotment option is exercised in full, each warrant entitling its holder, upon exercise, to purchase one share, for $1.50 per private placement warrant.

The private placement warrants are substantially similar to the warrants included in the units, except as described in the registration statement, the pricing disclosure package and the prospectus.
