FTI Consulting : Fabiano Lopes Joins FTI Consulting as Managing Director in the Business Transformation Practice

Washington, D.C., Sept. 20, 2021 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the continued investment in its Business Transformation practice within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment with the appointment of Fabiano Lopes as a Managing Director.

Based in Dallas, Mr. Lopes advises business leaders on strategic transformations to achieve targets in growth, cost reduction and profitability. At FTI Consulting, he will help organizations optimize their cost structure while undergoing major transformation, leveraging his multi-industry experience to help clients invest in growth and long-term sustainability.

With on-the-ground experience in the Americas, Europe and Africa, Mr. Lopes has developed deep proficiency in designing and implementing transformational initiatives for clients in industrial manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, retail, mining and private equity. His focus includes target operating model design and deployment, cost optimization and reduction strategy.
