FTI Consulting : Former Petrobras Compliance Officer, Veteran Prosecutor and Leading Investigations and Compliance Expert Marcelo Zenkner Joins FTI Consulting in São Paulo

Washington, D.C., May 13, 2024 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Marcelo Zenkner as a Managing Director in the Risks and Investigations practice within the firm's Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment.

Mr. Zenkner, who is based in São Paulo, joins FTI Consulting from a leading Brazilian law firm where he was a partner in the Compliance and Investigations practice. Before that, Mr Zenkner was the Chief Governance and Compliance Executive Officer at Petrobras and he was also a public prosecutor in the state of Espírito Santo in Brazil, specializing in corruption investigations and compliance. Mr. Zenkner is also a professor at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, the Link School of Business, and at the Legal, Ethics and Compliance (LEC) institute.
