(Reuters) - Japanese food ingredient maker Fuji Oil Holdings Inc is buying U.S.-based Blommer Chocolate, the privately held cocoa and chocolate manufacturer said on Monday.
The acquisition includes Blommer's four manufacturing operations in North America and one in Shanghai, Blommer said.
The company did not disclose the price of the acquisition.
