Fujian Minyan Food Technology Co., Ltd. entered into equity round of funding for CNY 35 million on December 28, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Fujian Salt Industry Development Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for holding 48.485% of the shares and Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co.,Ltd. for holding 21.212% of the shares. The transaction has been approved in the seventieth meeting of the ninth session of the board of directors.
Fujian Tsingshan Paper Co Ltd is a comprehensive papermaking company integrating pulping, papermaking, power generation and heat supply, alkali recovery, medicine, optoelectronics, and raw material forest base development. The Company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of bamboo and wood pulp, pulp (dissolving pulp), paper bag paper, paper products, optoelectronic products, pharmaceutical products, forest products and other products and their trade operations. The Company's main products are Qingshan brand series of stretchable bag paper, kraft wrapping paper, dissolving pulp and other products.
