Fujian Rongji Software Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002474) entered into an agreement to acquire a 19% stake in Fujian Xingrongji Information Technology Co., Ltd on February 17, 2022. Fujian Rongji Software held the 12th Meeting of the 5th Directorate, and approved participating in the bid and does not need the shareholders' approval.
