Chowa Giken Corporation announced that it has received ¥300 million in an equity round of funding on May 18, 2020. The transaction included participation from Cresco Ltd. (TSE:4674), Nikko, K.K., Hokuyo SDGs Suishin Fund, a fund managed by Hokkaido Research Institute for the Twenty-first Century Co.,Ltd., Investment Arm, and returning investor, Fusion Co.,Ltd. (SPSE:3977). The company raised funds through third party allotment.
Fusion Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in consulting services about big data analysis, system design and construction, and various promotions. The Direct Marketing segment is engaged in clarification of client companiesâ marketing issues, formulation of marketing strategies, and planning, operation and support of marketing measures. The marketing research service is engaged in the collection, processing, and analysis of data about products, sales, and customers in order to clarify the marketing issues of the companies. The marketing system service builds a system based on marketing know-how and proposes software selection from a neutral standpoint. The direct promotion service includes direct mail marketing, Internet marketing, and the construction and operation of campaigns and organizations.
