The transaction included participation from new investor, Manies Group Co., Ltd., other investors, AIX Tech Ventures Co., Ltd., Fusion Co.,Ltd., M3, Inc., Suntory Holdings Limited, Mobile Internet Capital Inc. and others. The company has received investment by underwriting a third-party allotment capital increase.
Fusion Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in consulting services about big data analysis, system design and construction, and various promotions. The Direct Marketing segment is engaged in clarification of client companiesâ marketing issues, formulation of marketing strategies, and planning, operation and support of marketing measures.
