G-NEXT Inc provides Discoveriez, a platform for digital transformation (DX) of customer service, mainly in the cloud format for companies of various sizes and industries. The Company operates Customer DX platform business segment. Discoveriez is a software unifying the contents of calls, emails and chats from customers received at the call center, sharing information with stakeholders such as internal departments and outside the Company, approving and recording response processing by workflow, risk management, quality control and new product development information, aggregation and analysis in a cloud format. The Company provides two services, including the cloud business, which provides a versatile platform Discoveriez that sublimates the know-how cultivated through conventional on-premises customer service counters into a cloud type, and the on-premise business, which is an on-premise customer service counter service.
