Gabriel India Limited at its board of directors meeting held on May 24, 2022, Recommended the Final dividend for fiscal year 2021-22 of INR 1.00 per equity share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The payment of final dividend for fiscal year 2021- 22 shall be paid or the dividend warrant shall be dispatched to the shareholders on or before September 03, 2022.
