Gabriel India Limited at its board meeting held on May 23, 2023 approved to recommend the Final Dividend for year ended March 31, 2023 of INR 1.65 per equity share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Final Dividend for year ended March 31, 2023 shall be paid, or the dividend warrants shall be dispatched to the shareholders on or before September 12, 2023.
