Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9470) signed an agreement to acquire 35% stake in DTP Education Solutions Joint Stock Company on January 10, 2023. Gakken Holdings will acquire 2.3 million shares in DTP Education Solutions. Gakken Holdings has received approval from the Ministry of Investment of Vietnam. DTP Education Solutions has reported Net assets of ¥2.31 billion, total assets of ¥2.81 billion, net sales of ¥3.67 billion, operating income of ¥1.08 billion in December 2022.
