Garovaglio y Zorraquin SA is an Argentina- based company engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the operation of commercial transactions, as well as in the real estate, financial, agricultural, petrochemical and construction sectors, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Rheem SA, an entity involved in the manufacture and commercialization of gas and electric heaters under the Rheem trademark, and Finpak SA.
