GE Aerospace declared its first quarterly dividend after spinning off its power businesses, which now operate under GE Vernova, a separate company.
GE Aerospace said it will pay a quarterly dividend of 28 cents a share to shareholders as of April 15. The dividend is payable April 25.
At the stock's current price of $154.49, the new quarterly dividend implies an annual yield of about 0.7%.
