Its segments include Sales of bus bodies and kits, Sales of parts and provision of relevant services, and Sales of program and related intellectual property (IP) rights. Sales of bus bodies and kits segment includes sales and fabrication of body work for buses and trading of body kits. Sales of parts and provision of relevant services segment is engaged in dealing in spare parts for buses and provision of after-sales and maintenance services for buses. The Company’s buses, comprising city buses and coaches in aluminum, are delivered to the public and private bus transportation operators. Its products include single deck, double deck and articulated city buses, as well as single deck, double deck and high deck coaches. It also provides after-sales services in relation to the maintenance of bus bodies and sales of related spare parts.
