Pursuant to article 228 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, approved by Legislative Royal Decree 4/2015 of 23 October, and related provisions, Gestamp Automoción, S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs of the following
SIGNIFICANT EVENT
On July 27, 2018 the Company entered into a liquidity contract (the "Liquidity Contract") with JB Capital Markets, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U. (the "Financial Intermediary"), in order to favor liquidity of transactions and the regularity of trading of the shares of the Company, within the limits established by the General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company and subject to current regulations in force, in particular, Circular 1/2017, of April 26, of the Spanish National Stock Market Commission on Liquidity Contracts.
The Financial Intermediary will perform the transactions subject to the Liquidity Contract on the Spanish regulated markets, through the market of orders, according to the contracting rules, within the usual hours of negotiation and as established in Rule 3 of the aforementioned Circular of the CNMV.
For this purpose, after the previous period of purchase, the Company has deposited 664,879 shares of the Company in the securities account linked to the Liquidity Contract. The balance of the cash account is of 4,474,635 euros.
The Liquidity Contract has a term of 12 months from the date of its conclusion.
Information on the days on which the initial position was established is included below.
