STUTTGART (dpa-AFX) - The IT service provider GFT Technologies is getting a new boss. The SDax-listed company announced on Tuesday in Stuttgart that Marco Santos will head up the business from July 1, 2024. He succeeds Marika Lulay, who announced her resignation at the beginning of December. She does not wish to extend her contract for personal reasons and will therefore leave the management board at the end of the current year.

According to the information provided, Santos will lead the company as Co-CEO together with Lulay until the end of 2024. The manager has held leading roles in the Group since 2011 and has been responsible for business in North and Latin America since last year.

In addition, the Board of Directors extended the contract of CFO Jochen Ruetz by a further five years until the end of 2029. He was also appointed Deputy CEO with effect from the beginning of 2025./ngu/he
