GIGALANE Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 18,936.01 million compared to KRW 13,297.68 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 3,114.24 million compared to net loss of KRW 2,817.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 40 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 48 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 40 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 48 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was KRW 57,316.22 million compared to KRW 32,594.08 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 5,684.8 million compared to net loss of KRW 11,484.61 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 77 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 208 a year ago. GIGALANE Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of radio frequency (RF) communication components and semiconductor equipment. The Company operates its business through three divisions: RF communication component division, semiconductor equipment division and other business division. Its RF communication component division engages in the manufacture of RF cable assemblies and RF connectors used for smart devices under the brand names of SCMP, SCMJ and others. Its semiconductor equipment division provides light-emitting diode (LED) and deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) etcher parts used for semiconductors. Its other business division provides inspection components, including probe cards and probe units. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
