GIIB Holdings Berhad announced a private placement of 81,960,000 common shares for the gross proceeds of MYR 6,970,000 on November 7, 2023. The transaction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2024. The issue price is yet to be fixed.

The Companyâs segments include Compounding and Glove Business. The Company offers products, such as Rubtek, ToughTread, Rubber Gloves, and Supercool. Rubtek is a specialized rubber compound for the manufacturing of rubber products. ToughTread tire liners are a solution for off-road and heavy-duty construction vehicles. Its flagship product, Supercool, is a solution for extending the life of tires and reducing maintenance costs.
