Annual sales for the year ended December 31, 2022 totaled €1,315m, up 77.4% on the previous year and 73.5% like-for-like. In Q4 2022, sales totaled 510.5 ME, up 68% on 2021 and 58% on 2019.

All three of the Group's divisions reported growth in Q4 2022 compared with the same period last year. For the year as a whole, the Live division posted a level of business well above that of 2019, while the Venues division almost regained its 2019 performance. The Exhibitions division was penalized by China due to the slower recovery of international trade shows.

' This new sales record for GL events was achieved thanks to a doubling of our business in Europe and a tripling in the Americas, which more than offset the decline in Asia, still penalized by the confinements still in force in China over the period ' says the group.

Having achieved its sales growth target of over 55%, and despite an unfavorable business and geographical mix, the Group is maintaining its financial objectives of generating operating cash flow in excess of 100 ME and continuing to reduce its debt.
