On September 23, 2021, GL Tech Co.,Ltd closed the transaction. The company issued 20,295,202 shares at a price of CNY 27 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 549,999,974.20 in the transaction. The company paid issuance expenses of CNY 12,711,076.12, and received net proceeds of CNY 537,288,898.08 in the transaction. As a result, newly-added registered capital is CNY 20,295,202.00, and the remaining CNY 516,993,696.08 is included in the capital provident reserves.
GL Tech Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in safety production monitoring equipment business. The Company is mainly engaged in two businesses: safety production monitoring equipment business and emerging semiconductor packaging and testing equipment business. The safety production monitoring products include mine safety production monitoring products, power safety, energy conservation and environmental protection products and special supporting equipment. The emerging semiconductor packaging and testing equipment business is mainly engaged in research and development (R&D), production and sales of precision processing equipment for packaging and testing of microelectronic devices such as semiconductors, as well as the development and production of high-performance and high-precision air spindles.
