Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that the Company's Board of Directors at the meeting No. 7/2022 held on June 15, 2022 has passed the resolution by the recommendation of The Nomination and Remuneration Committee for the appointment of Director and SubCommittee member in replacement of resigning Director as follows:

2.	Mr. Thanwa Laohasiriwong	Director to Audit Committee

Effective from June 15, 2022 onwards. The Director and Director to Audit Committee will hold the remaining period of time of position.
