Basil Chan to Retire as Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Member of Audit and Risk Committee and Nominating Committee of Global Invacom Group Limited

Global Invacom Group Limited proposed the retirement of Mr. Basil Chan who is not seeking for re-election pursuant to Regulation 105 of the Company's Constitution. Mr. Basil Chan will retire as an Independent Director of the Company after the conclusion of the AGM. He will also cease to be Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of Audit and Risk Committee and Nominating Committee.
