RENESAS EASTON Co., Ltd. (TSE:9995) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares, representing 9.46% of the issued share capital, at a purchase price ¥551 per share, for ¥1377.5 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to implement a flexible capital policy. As of June 30, 2018, the company had 26,413,525 shares outstanding and 13,275 shares in treasury.
