GMéxico Transportes, S.A.B. de C.V. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was MXN 12,065.947 million compared to MXN 12,030.260 million a year ago. Operating income was MXN 3,630.237 million compared to MXN 3,818.123 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,671.768 million compared to MXN 1,920.908 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 0.4145 compared to MXN 0.476 a year ago.
GMexico Transportes SAB de CV, formerly known as GMexico Transportes SA de CV (GMXT), is a Mexico-based company, which offers railway cargo services in the segments of agriculture, automotive, minerals, energy, chemicals, steel, cement, and consumer goods. The Company is a subsidiary of Grupo Mexico SAB de CV and it represents its Transportation Division.
