Golden MV Holdings, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 1,200.822 million compared to PHP 512.397 million a year ago. Operating income was PHP 352.120 million compared to PHP 109.039 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 277.406 million compared to PHP 86.322 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.43 compared to PHP 0.13 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was PHP 2,739.516 million compared to PHP 2,327.891 million a year ago. Operating income was PHP 826.151 million compared to PHP 689.521 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 657.592 million compared to PHP 615.450 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.02 compared to PHP 0.96 a year ago.
Golden MV Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based developer of memorial parks. The Company also develops, constructs and operates columbarium and memorial chapel facilities. The Company, through its subsidiary, Bria Homes, Inc., is engaged in developing and selling real estate properties, particularly, residential houses and lots. Its segments include Residential Projects and Deathcare. The Companyâs deathcare product offerings include funeral and cremation services. Its deathcare business operates under the brand, Golden Haven. The Company also has columbaries projects within a selection of its memorial parks, including an approximately 20,000-vault columbarium beneath Golden Haven's Sanctuario de San Ezekiel Moreno, located along C5 Road, Pulang Lupa, Las Pinas. For its park developments, the Company offers memorial lots at varying sizes and price points. The Company provides four basic lot packages: lawn lot, garden niche, family patio and family estate.
