Shenzhen Yidu Information Industry Co., Ltd announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 90,000,000 on July 21, 2017. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Goldlok Toys Holdings (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002348). The proceeds of CNY 1,764,700 will be included in the registered capital and CNY 88,235,300 will be added as capital reserve. After the transaction the Company will own a 53.25% stake in the company.
The transaction was approved by the 14th session of the 5th meeting of the Board of Directors on July 21,2017.
Goldlok Holdings (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., formerly GOLDLOK TOYS HOLDINGS (GUANGDONG) CO., LTD., is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of electronic and electrical plastic toys.
