On January 11, 2022, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, February 24, 2022, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 9:00 am Eastern Time to discuss its financial results.
