GOLFZON NEWDIN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A121440) acquired Leadbetter Golf Academies, LLC from David Leadbetter on August 29, 2018. As part of the acquisition, David Leadbetter will remain fully involved in the Leadbetter Golf and continue to direct the business going forward. Daniel Sae-Chin Kim, Tiffany Lee, Matthew Berger, Albert Nah and Han Kyu Lee of Paul Hastings LLP acted as legal advisor to GOLFZON NEWDIN.
