Comtec Informations Co., Ltd. acquired 32.2% stake in Softitech Co,. Ltd from Goodcen Co., Ltd. (XKON:A243870) for KRW 1.8 billion on June 30, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Comtec Informations Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.19 million shares in Softitech Co,. Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2019, Softitech Co,. Ltd reported total assets of KRW 12.3 billion, total common equity of KRW 3.1 billion, total revenues of KRW 23.2 billion and net income of KRW 499 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Goodcen Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on June 30, 2020.

The Company is involved in the provision of public cloud storage services and maintenance services of public cloud storages. In addition, the Company provides construction enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, as well as unified communications and collaboration solutions (UC&Cs). The construction ERP includes solutions under the name of e-Novator, as well as safety management systems. The e-Novator provides the solutions related to mails, payment, as well as collaboration and information sharing for employee communication. The UC&Cs include enterprise knowledge portals (EKPs), as well as collaborative portal servers (CPSs).
