GRANDES, Inc. (TSE:3261) entered into contract to acquire Dipro Co., Ltd from Ryo Corporation K.K. and other sellers on March 23, 2017. GRANDES, Inc. will acquire 200 shares of Dipro Co., Ltd. GRANDES, Inc. will operate Dipro Co., Ltd as wholly owned subsidiary. During the year ended March 2016, Dipro Co., Ltd had net assets of ¥17.91 million, total assets of ¥111.95 million, sales of ¥424.01 million, operating loss of ¥2.27 million, and net loss of ¥1.76 million. Board of Directors of GRANDES, Inc. made a resolution in favor of transaction on March 23, 2017. The transaction is expected to close on April 3, 2017.
