Green Landscaping Group enters Switzerland through acquisition of Viva Gartenbau AG

Green Landscaping Group (Publ) continues the expansion journey in Europe and acquires Viva Gartenbau AG, a ground maintenance and landscaping company in Basel, Switzerland.

Viva Gartenbau was founded in 1992 by Heinz Gutjahr and Severin Brenneisen and is today run by the two founders and their 20 employees. The company is based in Basel, Switzerland and provides ground maintenance and landscaping services to its recurring customers in and around Basel. Net sales in 2022 amounted to approximately CHF 3.2 million with a profit margin that exceeded that of Green Landscaping Group.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100% percent of the shares in Viva Gartenbau AG. The transaction is financed with cash and through the transfer of shares and is expected to close during the first quarter of 2024, subject to relevant regulatory approvals.

The owners of Viva Gartenbau AG will become shareholders in Green Landscaping Group AB.
