Greenridge Exploration Inc. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of critical mineral projects in North America. The Company’s Carpenter Lake Uranium Project is located in the Athabasca Basin consisting of seven mineral claims covering approximately 13,387 hectares across the Cable Bay Shear Zone and the Company is advancing the project to test multiple high priority targets. The Company’s Nut Lake Uranium Project covers approximately 4,036 hectares in the Thelon Basin, a uranium district in Nunavut, Canada. The Nut Lake Uranium Project is located just 55 kilometers (km) north of the 43MLb Angilak Uranium Deposit. Additionally, the Company’s Weyman Copper Project in southeast British Columbia sits on the south portion of the Quesnel Terrance. The Weyman Project comprises seven staked mineral claims covering approximately 2,803 hectares in Southeast British Columbia.
