Grupa Kety S A : Interim reports publishing dates in 2020 – update of the calendar of corporate events for the year 2020

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer), in reference to the current reports No. 1/2020 of 15 January 2020 and No. 11/2020 of 29 April 2020, informs that today it has made a decision on updating the calendar of corporate events for the year 2020 available on the Company website under the Investor Relations/Corporate Calendar tab, by identifying 16 December 2020 as the planned date of publication of the main elements of the Development Strategy of Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group for the years 2021-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Strategy).

The Company further informs that on 17 December 2020 a conference will be held in which the Issuer is going to discuss the major elements of the Strategy.

The other dates of interim reports publishing and corporate events in 2020, including the date of publication of the estimated financial results of Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group for Q.2, 2020, remain unchanged.
