Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2021. For the full year, the company reported sales was MXN 124,926.3 million compared to MXN 94,684.37 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 11,237.63 million compared to MXN 5,706.41 million a year ago.
