Grupo Catalana Occidente, S.A. (BME:GCO) entered into a agreement to acquire MEMORA SERVICIOS FUNERARIOS SL for approximately €400 million on July 29, 2022. The purchase is subject to standard regulatory approvals in Spain and Portugal. Ths Transaction is subject to approval of antitrust regulations. Under the terms and for the purposes set out in paragraph 2 of article 47 of Law no. 19/2012, of 8 May, it is made public that the Competition Authority received.
