NOTICE TO THE MARKET

CCR S.A. ('CCR' or 'Company') (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) pursuant to CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that received on December 02, 2020, at 8h50 p.m. a notice from Capital Research Global Investors ('CRGI'), informing about the increase in the interest held by CRGI in the Company's common shares, therefore, starting to manage a total of 202,233,117 common shares of the Company, which represent 10.01% of this type of share, as attached.

The Company is not responsible for the content of the information presented in the notice.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Pursuant to the caput of article 12 of CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, as amended, Capital Research Global Investors ('CRGI'), as an independent investment division of Capital Research and Management Company, a company founded and existing under the laws of the United States of America, with headquarters at 333, South Hope Street, Los Angeles, California 90071, USA, as a holding company of investment management companies overseas, whose legal representative in Brazil is J.P.
Morgan S.A. Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, enrolled under corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ/ME) number 33.851.205/0001-30, hereby informs that it has increased the stake it manages in common shares ('ON Shares') issued by CCR S.A., a publicly held company enrolled under corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ/ME) number 02.846.056/0001-97 ('Company').

CRGI previously managed 199,753,932 common shares of the Company, corresponding to 9.88% of this share class and, as a result of the transaction mentioned above, it now manages 202,233,117 common shares of the Company, which represents 10.01% of this share class. This minority investment does not change the Company's controlling stake and administrative structure. In addition to the aforementioned stake, Capital International Investor, as an independent investment division of Capital
Research and Management Company, also manages 80,044,666 common shares issued by the Company, corresponding to 3.96% of this share class. This minority investment also does not change the Company's controlling stake and administrative structure.

At the present time, CRGI does not aim to have a specific number of shares issued by the Company.

There are no other securities and derivative financial instruments referenced in said shares that are held directly or indirectly by CRGI, or its related entities, nor is there any agreement or contract signed by CRGI, or its related entities, that provides for the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the Company.
