Grupo Comercial Chedraui, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 52,472.99 million compared to MXN 35,411.64 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 887.28 million compared to MXN 630.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.93 compared to MXN 0.66 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.93 compared to MXN 0.66 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 123,407.74 million compared to MXN 107,324.69 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 2,415.64 million compared to MXN 1,813.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 2.52 compared to MXN 1.9 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 2.52 compared to MXN 1.9 a year ago.
