Shenzhen Ruicaitong Technology Co., Ltd signed the equity transfer agreement to acquire remaining 55% stakes in Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Chaohua Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:002288) for CNY 6.17 million on August 24, 2022. For the period ended on June 30, 2022 Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. reported Net assets and total assets of CNY 4.6971 million and CNY 11.2016 million. The transaction is subject to approval of merger agreement by Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. board.
Shenzhen Ruicaitong Technology Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 40% stakes in Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Chaohua Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:002288) for CNY 4.48 million on December 30, 2022. The transaction was approved by Guangdong Chaohua Technology Co., Ltd fifteenth meeting of the sixth session of the board of directors and the fourteenth meeting of the sixth session of the board of supervisors. For the year ended, September 30, 2022, Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. total asset is CNY 20.68 million and net asset is CNY 9.9297 million.
