Shenzhen Ruicaitong Technology Co., Ltd signed the equity transfer agreement to acquire remaining 55% stakes in Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Ruicaitong Technology Co., Ltd for CNY 6.17 million on August 24, 2022. For the period ended on June 30, 2022 Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. reported Net assets and total assets of CNY 4.6971 million and CNY 11.2016 million. The transaction is subject to approval of merger agreement by Shenzhen Huaruixin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. board.
Guangdong Chaohua Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic components. The Company's main products are printed circuit boards (PCBs), including double-sided boards, multi-layer boards, aluminum-based boards and ceramic-based boards, and copper-clad laminates (CCLs), electrolytic copper foils, prepreg, wood pulp papers, moulds and printing ink, among others.
