Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock Limited Company entered into equity transfer agreement to acquire additional 10% minority stake in Guangdong Dcenti Green Food Co., Ltd. from Luo Hongxi for CNY 5.2 million.

Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock Limited Company (SHSE:603335) entered into equity transfer agreement to acquire additional 10% minority stake in Guangdong Dcenti Green Food Co., Ltd. from Luo Hongxi for CNY 5.2 million on February 24, 2022. In related transaction, Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock Limited Company entered into equity transafer agreement to acquire additional 10% minority stake in Guangdong Dcenti Green Food Co., Ltd. from Yi Bao Produce Group Inc. for CNY 5.2 million and additional 4% minority stake from CNY 2.08 million. Upon completion of these transactions, Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock will own 100% stake in Guangdong Dcenti Green Food.

For the year ended December 31, 2021, Guangdong Dcenti Green Food reported total assets of CNY 49.76 million, net assets of CNY 47.23 million, nil operating profit and net loss of CNY 1.03 million. The transaction has been reviewed and approved at the 10th meeting of the 3rd board of directors of the Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock and does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for consideration.
