GuangDong GenSho Logistics Co.,LTD (SHSE:603813) agreed to acquire remaining 49% stake in Guangzho Gensho Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Yuanshang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Dongling Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 1.2 million on December 25, 2019. As per terms of the transaction, Yuanshang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. will sell 9% stake at CNY 0.22 million and Guangzhou Dongling Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will sell 40% stake at CNY 0.99 million. Upon completion, GuangDong GenSho Logistics Co.,LTD will hold 100% stake in Guangzho Gensho Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of GuangDong GenSho Logistics Co.,LTD.
