Guangzhou Jinhuada Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. announced that it would receive CNY 45,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002741) on December 6 2019. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 50,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the 4th meeting of the investor’s 4th directorate held on December 6, 2019, and does not need the investors shareholders’ approval.
Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of printed circuit board (PCB) chemicals and chemical reagents.
