Zhuhai Tangyi Technology Co., Ltd signed equity transfer agreement to acquire 67.25% stake in Chongqing Dajiang Guoli Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Quanwei Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300716) for CNY 81.6 million on November 22, 2023. Chongqing Dajiang Guoli reported total assets of CNY 426 million and net assets of CNY 73.1 million as on August 31, 2023. The transaction was approved by the Independent Directors and Board of Directors of Guangdong Quanwei Technology. The transaction is subject to approval by shareholders of Guangdong Quanwei Technology.
