Ge Xuyan agreed to acquire 5.09% of stake in Guangdong Guoli Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300716) from Dongguan Yonglu Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 79.9 million on November 9, 2022. The transfer of shares under this agreement still needs to be reviewed and confirmed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange before it can go through the relevant procedures for share transfer and transfer registration at the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
