Dongfang Heying Wentai No. 2 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Shenzhen Dongfang Heying Private Securities Fund Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 5% of stake in Guangdong Wanlima Industry Co. ,Ltd (SZSE:300591) from Lin Dayao and Lin Caihong for CNY 82.2 million on December 4, 2022. Post acquisition Lin Dayao will hold 15.02% stake and Lin Caihong will hold 3.01% stake in Guangdong Wanlima Industry
