Guangzhou Asset Management Co.,Ltd announced that it has received CNY 1.513140831 billion in funding from Guangzhou Hengyun Enterprises Holding Ltd, Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou Xinrui Investment Development Co., Ltd.

On December 30, 2021, Guangzhou Asset Management Co.,Ltd closed the transaction. The company has amended the terms of the transaction. The company has issued 933,115,954 common shares at a price of CNY 1.6216 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 1,513,140,831 in the transaction.

The transaction included participation from existing investors, Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 699,999,999.52, Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co.,Ltd. for CNY 245,974,606.25, Guangzhou Xinrui Investment Development Co., Ltd for CNY 33,166,226.43 and new investor, Guangzhou Hengyun Enterprises Holding Ltd for CNY 533,999,998.83.
